1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Azteron Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Azeria", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Azeria multiplayer AI workspace and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Azeria provides a collaborative artificial intelligence platform that enables teams to work together in shared AI conversations, document processing, knowledge management, and related AI-powered services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use

5. User Content

6. Collaborative Features
6.1 Shared Workspaces
Our collaborative features allow team members to work together in shared AI conversations and workspaces. All participants in a shared workspace have access to the content and conversations within that workspace.
6.2 Team Responsibility
Team administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and ensuring that all team members comply with these Terms. We are not responsible for disputes between team members or unauthorized access granted by team administrators.
7. AI Services
7.1 AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, process documents, and provide insights. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human review and verification.
7.2 Accuracy Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated information before acting upon it.
7.3 Usage Limits
We may impose usage limits on AI services based on your subscription plan. Excessive usage may result in temporary service limitations or additional charges.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Payment Terms
9.1 Subscription Fees
Certain features of our Service require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
