@Azeria what does the research say about timing?
How a room works
From a thought to something agreed.
A room is a defined group of people, the information they choose to bring, and the same AI working with all of them. This is what happens in it, step by step.
- 01
Draft the room
Say what you're trying to get done and with whom. Azeria shapes a name, a purpose, a first outcome and the people it needs — you change anything by talking or by editing the card.
- No account needed for the draft.
- Nothing is saved, sent or invited until you make it real.
- 02
Make it real
Continue with Google or with your email. That creates your Home — your account — and the room lives in it. People you invite join the room, not your Home.
- Sign-in is Google or email and password.
- One Home can hold many rooms, grouped as you like.
- 03
Bring people in
Invite people from your Home, or share a join link. Someone without an Azeria account signs up inside the link and joins as a guest.
- A guest sees this room and nothing else in your Home.
- Roles are plain: runs this room, works in the room, has to say yes, guest.
- 04
Bring in what matters
Drop in files and links. Connect the tools the room needs — Notion, Jira, Google Drive, Gmail and Calendar, the web — each connection is yours and acts only as far as your own permissions go.
- Files: PDF, Word, Excel, text and markdown, images.
- Only what you put in is in.
- 05
Work with the same AI
Mention @Azeria and it reads the room's history and files. It answers, researches the web, writes and revises documents as versions, asks the group a question with a card, and keeps the open items.
- Deep research for the questions that need more than an answer.
- Needs you shows what waits on you; Open items shows what waits on others.
- 06
A person says yes
Azeria drafts, researches and keeps the record. It never approves. Writing to a connected tool, adding to someone's list, sending a question on your behalf — each arrives as a card a person clicks.
- Ask first, always, or off — per tool, your choice.
- When a document is agreed it lands in Outcomes.
- 07
The room remembers
The Library keeps the documents with their versions and the files with their sources. What the room should remember longer, Azeria proposes and an owner approves — bound to this room, a group, or the whole Home.
- Nothing is remembered about a person.
- Documents export as DOCX, PDF, Markdown or text.
What Azeria does in a room
The work between the messages.
Research
Searches the web, reads pages and files, and brings back what it found with where it came from.
Documents
Writes the room's document, revises one section at a time, keeps every version, exports DOCX and PDF.
Questions
Asks the group with a card of choices when it needs a decision, and asks a colleague on your behalf when you allow it.
Open items
Proposes what is waiting on whom, notices when it is done, and asks the owner to confirm.
Schedules
Runs work on a schedule — a daily note, a weekly check — and long jobs in the background with progress.
Meetings
Joins a call as a listener, answers when you hold to ask, and writes the notes: summary, decisions, open points.
Connected tools
Reads from Notion, Jira and Google as you; writes only after you say yes.
Files and images
Reads what you upload, produces files in any format, and generates or edits images when the room needs one.
Bring your own AI
Keep working with ChatGPT or Claude.
Connect your own AI to Azeria and it can read the rooms you are in, ask Azeria, and post on your behalf — marked as yours. It gets what the room allows and nothing else.
Guests cannot connect an outside AI to a room.
Something good starts here
Make room for your next good idea.
An idea, a question, a link, a rough brief. The room takes shape as you talk.
