Questions

A few good questions.

Straight answers about what a room is, who sees what, and what Azeria does and doesn't do.

Getting started

What it takes to have a room of your own.

Do I need an account to start?

No. You draft the room with Azeria first. An account — your Home — is created when you make the room real, with Google or with your email.

What does it cost?

Every Home starts on the Basic plan. Plans set how many people, rooms and AI answers a Home has each month; the AI answers are a shared pool. Details are on the pricing page.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes, for macOS, with the same rooms and the same sign-in. Azeria is available in English and Turkish.

Rooms and people

Who is in a room, and what each of them sees.

What is a room?

A defined group of people bringing selected information into one shared context, working with the same AI, and agreeing on what becomes final. Every room has a Conversation, a Needs you tab and an Outcomes tab, plus a Goal, People, Open items and a Library at the side.

What is a Home?

Your account. Your rooms live in it, grouped as you like. You can belong to more than one Home and switch between them. People you invite join a room, not your Home.

Who can see what?

The members of a room, and nobody else. A guest who joined by link sees that room only. Priority marks and personal reminders are visible only to their owner.

How do people join?

Invite members of your Home, or share a join link. Someone without an Azeria account signs up inside the link and joins as a guest of that room. Their seat disappears when they leave their last room.

Working with Azeria

What the AI in the room does, and where it stops.

What does Azeria do in a room — and what doesn't it do?

It reads the room's history and files, answers, researches the web, writes and revises documents, asks the group questions, proposes open items and keeps the record. It never approves anything: writing to a tool, adding to someone's list or sending a message on your behalf each waits for a person to say yes.

Which files can I bring?

PDF, Word, Excel, text and markdown, and images. Azeria reads them when you mention it. Documents Azeria writes export as DOCX, PDF, Markdown or text.

Which tools connect?

Notion, Jira, Google Drive, Gmail and Calendar, and the web. Each connection belongs to one person and acts only as far as that person's own permissions go.

Can I keep using my own AI?

Yes. ChatGPT and Claude can connect to Azeria: they read the rooms you are in, ask Azeria, and can post on your behalf — marked as yours. Guests cannot connect an outside AI.

What about meetings?

A room can start a call with video, audio and screen sharing. Azeria can join as a listener, answer when you hold to ask, and write the notes afterwards — summary, decisions, open points. You can pause or remove it at any time.

Which AI model is behind Azeria?

Azeria works with leading frontier models and chooses how hard to think per task. You do not pick a model per message; the same AI serves everyone in the room.

Your data

What is kept, where it runs, who can look.

What does the room remember?

Its conversation, its files and every version of its documents. Beyond that, Azeria proposes what is worth keeping and an owner approves it, bound to a room, a group or the whole Home. Nothing is remembered about a person.

Where does my data go?

Azeria runs on Microsoft Azure. Every request is scoped to your Home; the AI runs in an isolated environment with no direct access to your data store; tool approvals are signed and audited. Owners and admins can read the audit log. We do not show compliance badges we cannot back.
